Cancellations
You are welcome to cancel your order if it has not been shipped. You will receive a complete refund if payment was completed and has not been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, you may e-mail us at info@frankenmuthwoolenmill.com or you may call to 1-989-652-6555. If your order has been shipped, you may return it for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
We are always happy to accept returned items for up to 30 days after the items have been shipped. All unused or unworn products may be returned to us for a credit card refund or company check. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. You must call us first for a return authorization. 1-989-652-6555.
Return shipping cost will be applied to the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect of insufficient address supplied to us by the customer, we will notify the customer. We will let you know how much shipping will be, verify the shipping address, and hold the package until the shipping costs are paid again. If the customer wants to cancel the order and receive a refund after the package has been returned to the Frankenmuth Woolen Mill, we reserve the right to subtract
any shipping fees from the refund.
